How quickly do you deliver orders, and are there different options for faster delivery?

From Monday to Friday, we offer same-day deliveries. We understand that our barber community is very busy with their work and may not be able to collect at the store. As we have multiple drivers working, we offer same-day delivery. We take payments over the phone and accept cash on delivery. On Saturday and Sunday, we are open to both trade and non-trade customers at our store.

What does delivery cost, and do you offer free delivery for larger orders?

Any order over £50 will receive free delivery. Orders under £50 will have a £6.99 delivery fee.

What's your policy if a customer wants to return something they've bought?

Customers have 3 weeks to return an item if it is faulty, and 3 months if the item is unopened and unused.

What should customers do if they receive a damaged item or the wrong product?

Customers should either call us, and a driver will pick up the item, or bring it to the store on Saturday or Sunday with proof of purchase.
